Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!
