Hi, My name is Sejr, and my girlfriend (Dana) and I are moving to Rotterdam this September to begin our bachelor studies (at Erasmus University and at WDKA). We are currently looking for a long-term apartment where we can settle down and focus on our studies. I am Danish, and my girlfriend is Romanian, however she has been living in Denmark for the past 3–4 years. We have both lived independently at a collegium, and during that time, we have been together for over two years, so we are very used to sharing a home responsibly and maintaining a stable, structured everyday life. We currently both live in Viborg, Denmark. We are calm, tidy, and considerate tenants. We don’t host parties, and value a quiet living environment. Most of our time is spent studying, exercising, or socializing casually with friends. Of course, we are financially stable and can offer proof of liquidity. We are looking to rent for at least one academic year (preferably longer, around 4 years) and would treat the apartment with great care and respect.
