Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. I'm 24 years old and I'm a jazz musician, and this year I'll be studying at Codarts on an Erasmus program ☺️ To give a little context about who I am and where I come from: I'm from Spain and I've been a musician for more than ten years. Throughout my life, I've learned to play a few instruments (saxophone, piano, flute, bass, etc.), but my favorite is definitely the saxophone. I'm currently studying in Valencia, but I'm from a nearby city called Castellón (small and pretty), where you can be at the beach in 20 minutes by bike and where it seems like it's almost always spring. I am passionate about art, and I love making plans that have to do with it (visiting museums, seeing concerts, painting, designing... basically anything). I enjoy nature and making plans for the outdoors, I love animas, meeting new people, going out, going to the gym, going to a bar for a drink, among other things. But most of the time I like to be by myself at home. I love having time for myself, and probably my favorite thing in the world is to stay at home with a blanket and read, watch a movie, listen to music, or just relax. That's why I think it's very important to have a quiet and healthy living enviroment. And finally, I consider myself a very tidy and clean person who is easy to live with.
