Ik ben Clément, 20 jaar, student, afkomstig uit Luik in België, waar ik marketing studeer aan HELMo. In het kader van mijn studie loop ik van februari tot eind mei stage bij AWEX in Den Haag. Ik ben dus op zoek naar woonruimte voor deze periode. Ik ben Franstalig, maar spreek ook Engels en Nederlands. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om mijn stage in Nederland te doen om mijn taalvaardigheid te verbeteren, maar ook omdat ik al meerdere keren in dit land ben geweest, dat ik erg leuk vind. Ik ben een makkelijk in de omgang, een rustig en netjes persoon en zal goed voor de woning zorgen. Aangezien ik 2 dagen per week zal telewerken, ben ik op zoek naar een rustige plek, hoewel ik ook geen probleem heb met een gedeelde woning : ik ben gewend aan het leven in een “gemeenschap” met mijn 4 broers en zussen. Mijn ouders ondersteunen mij financieel tijdens mijn studie, dus er zullen geen problemen zijn met de betaling van de huur of de borg.
