6644 huurders in Nederland

Wij zijn een gezin (een vader, 2 dochters 22/24, studentes). Ze wonen op kamers in Den Haag en Leiden en studeren aan een universiteit. We hebben ervaring met het verhuur van kamers, ook voor een van de buren in de straat wat voor beide partijen goed was bevallen. Ruim 6 maanden lang hebben studentes uit Polen, Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Chili, Nederland, Turkije, Slovakia, Frankrijk, Indonesië en studerend in Leiden en Den Haag hier een kamer gehuurd. Er zijn 2 privékamers voor studenten beschikbaar en soms tijdelijk een kamer die voor een korte periode als wisselkamer wordt gebruikt. Dit adres is eerder gescreend door TakeCareBnB/Rode Kruis en de eigenaar heeft een VOG-verklaring vanwege meerdere opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen maar die zijn inmiddels elders onder gebracht. Delen van het huis wordt op dit moment verduurzaamd en gerenoveerd, maar we proberen zo min mogelijk het overlast te beperken. De aangeboden kamers zijn klaar voor gebruik en waren tot voor kort verhuurd aan een studente uit Spanje/Chili en Polen. Referenties zijn beschikbaar. Vanwege de samenstelling van het gezin en inrichting van het huis, willen we enkel een studente van het vrouwelijke geslacht die Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt. Voldoe je daar niet aan, dan heeft het geen zin om te reageren. Mijn Engels is matig/redelijk maar communiceren lukt prima. De sfeer is heel relaxed en behalve huishoudelijke afspraken kan je lekker jezelf zijn. Je zal je snel thuisvoelen en een introductieprogramma rond Leidschendam is mogelijk. Ook is er een kaart beschikbaar waarmee je gratis of met korting naar sommige musea kan gaan. Westfield The Mall is een van de grootse winkelcentra van Europa en is 10 minuten fietsen hier vandaan en in de omgeving is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. In 30 minuten sta je in het centrum in Den Haag of sta je op het strand in Scheveningen. Gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasmiddel is inbegrepen. Because of the composition of the family and the layout of the house, we only want a quiet female student who speaks Dutch or English. If you don't comply with that, there's no point in responding. My English is not perfect and good communication is necessary if you live in 1 house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are few rules except for household arrangements. You will quickly feel at home and safe.

 I am originally from Iran and currently completing my PhD in Informatics in Austria, where I have been living for almost five years. I have experience with various living arrangements, including student housing. Additionally, I shared accommodations with an Italian housemate, and we remain close friends even after four years. I also had two shorter stays with Iranian housemates, both of which were positive experiences. And currently, I am living in an Apartment in Austria.  As a tenant, I am quiet, clean, polit, reliable, and considerate of others. I enjoy spending time with people and am known by my friends, family, and colleagues as a friendly, supportive, and nice individual. In my free time, I love cooking, watching movies and playing indoor soccer, which help me connect with others and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I can provide proof of income to confirm my ability to meet rent obligations. Additionally, I have a valid Austrian residence permit until March 2027.  My Netherlands residence permit will initially be valid for one year.  I am available to move in between January 15-20, 2025.

Hallo! Ik ben Gerloes, 29 en net terug van reizen en werken in het buitenland. In verband met mijn nieuwe baan in Nijmegen zoek ik een leuke woonruimte in een gedeeld huis met andere werkenden. Ik heb eerder in huizen gewoond met huisgenoten en dat bevalt altijd zeer goed. Ik houd heel erg van buiten zijn, actief in de bergen zijn en kringloopwinkels afstruinen alleen of met vrienden. Ik houd van een koffie doen of eten met vrienden en familie. Ik rook niet, ben netjes en vrij rustig.

Currently i’m still a student in Italy, who mainly focuses on learning about different languages and cultures (French, German, English and of course Italian). Right now I’m looking for for an apartment or studio in order to pursue my studies at the University of Groningen. I consider myself to be a very social person who does enjoy spending time with someone else but, at the same time, I feel a necessity to focus on myself in order to fulfill my life goals. Moreover, I’m able to cook my own meals and, of course, even for someone else! Normally, I like spending my day either studying, listening to music or simply going for a walk with friends or by myself, even if it means just buying a simple coffee to enjoy and appreciate. Lastly, I feel like I have the need to keep everything around me clean since I can’t stand any kind of disorder either in my room and or shared ones.

Hi, I'm an Irish Buddhist Monk, meditation teacher just arriving in Amsterdam. I'll be here for minimum a year or longer. Like to meditate, walk and eat nice vegetarian foods. I will be a great flatmate, because I am use to share flats and I am pretty social and at the same time I like to give the space to the people and being quiet. I am organised and respectful. My work is out of the house, in different spaces, teaching how to meditate in English. Some of the schools are in Amsterdam but also in other cities. So I am busy many days of the week.
