I'm looking for a place to live with my wife for a year or more. I dont have an income but i have a guarantor from Germany. Additionaly, with my demonstrable personal savings i can pay up to one year's rent in one go.

I am a driven and ambitious student from Morocco currently pursuing a master's degree in Cyber Security in Eindhoven. Having lived in Eindhoven for a year, I have become familiar with the city's vibrant culture and community. In addition to my academic pursuits, I like to go out on runs in the various parks in the city every couple of days. I am fluent in English, French and Arabic, and currently still learning Dutch. I don't have any pets , and I don't smoke or drink. I enjoy cooking my own meals and do not mind sharing them with friends and roommates. During my free time time, I like to read, watch shows and movies, and i play video games on my pc on the weekends, but I spend most of my time studying since the degree I am pursuing is pretty demanding . As I progress in my academic journey, I am seeking more affordable student housing options .I am looking for a room in a shared apartment or house that offers a balance between privacy and social interaction. Ideally, I would like to live with like-minded individuals who are respectful, open-minded, and friendly.
