Hi misschien wel toekomstige huisgenootjes, Mijn naam is Catharina, ik ben 19 jaar oud en kom uit Lunteren. Deze zomer begin ik als eerstejaars aan de bachelor Technische Bestuurskunde. Ik heb heel veel zin om te gaan studeren in Delft en al helemaal veel zin om op kamers te gaan. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met mijn Dienjaar. I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I'm committed to being a respectful tenant, I'm currently renting a room and have had a very positive experience so far. I have never had any problems with my landlord or housemates, as I always make an effort to communicate clearly and respectfully. I pay my rent on time every month, take good care of the property, and keep my living space clean. I am a non-smoker, and I like to train in the gym. I do not have a real income, because my parents will pay for my rent, as the double major is very time consuming.
