Financially, I am highly reliable with a steady net income of around €2,300/month from my tech job and DUO benefits, with plans to transition to full-time soon (which means very probable big increase in total income). I am seeking a home for 12 months or longer, and while my ideal move-in window is between July and September 1st when my current contract ends. I am entirely flexible and starting earlier is absolutely not a deal-breaker for the right place. Ik vind het belangrijk dat de gezamenlijke ruimtes schoon en opgeruimd blijven en draag daar graag mijn steentje aan bij. Daarnaast lijkt het me gezellig om af en toe samen te eten, een drankje te doen of gewoon even bij te praten, terwijl ik het ook prima vind als iedereen zijn eigen ding doet.
