Ik woon momenteel een aantal jaar met huisgenoten in Leiden en ik ben op zoek naar een wat rustigere omgeving met een woonplek voor mijzelf. Ik heb een voorkeur in de buurt van Leiden waardoor het makkelijk blijft voor mij om naar mijn werk en studie te gaan. Ik ben 26 jaar en heb een beetje lopen lantefanten gedurende mijn studies en was ik op zoek naar wat bij mij past. Ik zit halverwege mijn derde jaar van mijn studie Commerciele Economie aan de Hogeschool Leiden en ga daarna een master in Finance & Assetmanagement volgen aan de Erasmus Universiteit. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief in de sportschool te vinden (5-6x per week), vind ik het lekker om goed te wandelen en game ik. Al met al ben ik wel een rustige guy en betaal ik altijd netjes de huur als mijn eerste uitgaven. Ik kan eerder verhuizen als dat nodig is of iets later, 1 januari is slechts een schatting. Ik zou graag eens komen bezichtigen en kijken of het een match is met jouw verwachtingen!

Ik ben Romy (rechts op de foto's) en Lynn (links op de foto's) is is mijn tweeling zus, ik ben opzoek naar een woning voor ons samen of een eigen studio of kamer. Wij zijn beide 23 jaar. Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht.
