Hey toekomstige huisgenoten/verhuurder, Ik ben een derdejaars bachelorstudent (22) en ik zoek een plek in de regio Haaglanden, bij voorkeur in Den Haag of Leiden. Momenteel woon ik in een antikraakpand in Den Haag waar de sloopplannen binnenkort plaatsvinden. Daarom ben ik dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek! Een beetje over mezelf: ik kom uit Bergen op Zoom, ik hou van reizen en kunst. Een van de redenen dat ik graag in de regio Haaglanden wil blijven, is vanwege de aanwezige kunstcultuur hier. Ik heb gereisd binnen de EU, maar ook daarbuiten (Canada, Kenia). Ik ben een nette huisgenoot, ik hou van een schoon huis en woon momenteel met acht anderen (sommigen doen weinig en ik heb een hekel aan een vieze keuken :( ). About me: alongside my studies I work as an IT administrator (it's remote, so it continues after I move). Outside of that I'm into philosophy, I read a lot, and I like long walks to clear my head. I have no pets. Financially, my parents act as guarantors, and I can provide proof of enrolment, a guarantor statement with income documents and bank statements immediately. A two-month deposit is no problem. I don't speak Dutch yet, but I'm starting a course at the university in September. Until then I'm happy to communicate in English or German. I play basketball regularly and try to stay active. I keep fairly normal hours since I'll be working 9 to 6ish, so I'm not someone who's up partying on weeknights, but I do like a proper weekend and I'm always up for hanging out, cooking together, or just chatting in the kitchen. I'm looking for more than just a room, I want to actually be part of a house. I'm tidy, I respect shared spaces, and I like getting to know the people I live with rather than just passing in the hallway. I'm Italian, an EU citizen so no visa needed, and I'll need to register at the address (BRP) once I move in, since I'll be staying more than 6 months.
