Hii, ik ben Valerie, een 19 (in september 20) jarige meid uit Amsterdam en ik ben opzoek naar een kamer in Groningen. Ik spendeer mijn tijd graag met anderen en heb altijd wel zin in een kaartspelletje. Daarnaast hou ik ervan om creatief bezig te zijn, te koken, te bakken en boeken te lezen, maar haal ik m’n schermtijd wel omhoog met films en series. Vorig jaar geslaagd, dus ik had dit tussenjaar een wiskunde B certificaat behaald en een interrailreisje door midden Europa gemaakt. In de tussentijd werkte ik bij een burger- en broodjestent in de keuken. Mijn vriend studeert en woont al in Groningen en dus ben ik er ook af een toe een weekje geweest. Verder wil ik in september met de studie biomedical engineering aan de RUG beginnen, aansluiten bij de studievereniging (GLV Idun) en een sportvereniging die ik in de KEI-week nog even ga uitzoeken. Ik ben opgegroeid zonder vaatwasser dus als er een is ben ik superblij en dan is de vaat even in en uit ruimen een eitje dat ik zo doe.

Daarnaast werk ik bij het Chassé Theater in Breda als horecamedewerker. Op dit moment woon ik in Den Bosch, waar ik een kamer heb omdat ik hier stage heb gelopen. Aangezien het 2 uur reizen is met OV vanaf IJsselmuiden zoek ik een plekje wat dichter in de buurt. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, leer ik graag over nieuwe dingen en ga ik graag met vrienden om. Ik sport nu ongeveer 5 à 6 dagen in een week, maar ik weet uiteraard nog niet hoe dat gaat zijn zodra ik eenmaal studeer. Sociaal contact is voor mij geen probleem dus ik zal geen problemen hebben met mogelijke huisgenoten. Currently, I am finishing up my Undergraduate studies in Groningen but after the summer, I will continue my Master's studies at UvA, so I am now looking for a new place to live!
