Geachte heer/mevrouw, Met veel enthousiasme reageren wij op uw woning. Wij zijn Simon (24) en Kieran (21), en bij het zien van de woning werden wij direct enthousiast – het voelde meteen als een plek waar wij ons thuis kunnen zien. In het dagelijks leven is Simon werkzaam bij de politie en werkt Kieran in de zorg naast dat ze haar laatste jaar van de studie beeldende therapie volgt. Hierdoor hebben wij een stabiele basis en een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel dat wij ook meenemen in hoe wij met een woning en de omgeving omgaan. Wij roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren, wat bijdraagt aan een rustige en nette leefomgeving. In onze vrije tijd houden wij ons bezig met muziek maken. Dit doen wij voornamelijk buitenshuis bij verschillende verenigingen. Thuis is het dus geen bron van overlast – hooguit van een keer zachtjes meezingen tijdens het koken (en zelfs dat proberen we binnen de perken te houden 😉). Wij zijn nette, sociale huurders die het belangrijk vinden om prettig samen te leven met de buurt. Een vriendelijk praatje, een helpende hand of gewoon even meedenken: daar staan wij altijd voor open. Daarnaast zijn wij oplossingsgericht en hebben wij inmiddels drie jaar ervaring met het huren van een woning, wat ons heeft geleerd hoe belangrijk goed huurderschap is. Kortom, wij zoeken niet alleen een huis, maar een plek waar we ons thuis kunnen voelen en waar we een positieve bijdrage kunnen leveren aan de omgeving. Hoi! Ik ben Imke en zit nu in mijn tweede jaar van Social Work aan de HAN. Ik woon nu al een tijdje op mezelf in Nijmegen en dat bevalt me heel erg goed. Ik heb het heel erg naar mijn zin in dit huis, maar helaas is dit onderhuur en ik zou heel graag een eigen plekje willen. Ik zit nu in het eerste jaar van Phocas, hier heb ik een ploeg met leuke meiden leren kennen. Waar ik vaak mee een drankje doe en samen mee eet. Ik hou ervan om creatief bezig te zijn. Ik speel gitaar en heb eigenlijk altijd wel een knutselproject lopen. De ene keer is dat kleien, de andere keer schilderen. Ik ben sociaal en praat graag, maar respecteer ook dat iedereen z'n eigen ruimte en rust nodig heeft. En een belangrijk puntje: schoonmaken zou ik niet omschrijven als mijn hobby, maar ik vind het wel heel belangrijk dat het huis netjes blijft. Lijkt mij leuk om kennis te maken!
