I've been accepted into Master's programs in Eindhoven, Arnhem, and Deventer, and I'm currently deciding between them — so I'm searching in all three areas and nearby towns to see where housing works out best. I'm a quiet, tidy, and respectful tenant — I don't smoke, rarely drink, and enjoy a calm living environment. I work online alongside my studies, so I spend a good amount of time at home working and studying, and I take good care of shared spaces and always communicate clearly and promptly with landlords and housemates. Financially, I'm covered mainly by my parents, with part of my income coming from my own online work, so rent will always be paid on time. I'm flexible on exact location and open to nearby towns and villages, as I mainly need good transport links to my university. I am a 25yo italian girl, ex student (just graduated in a Psychology master's degree in July, in Italy) who will be doing a research internship in Leiden University starting from September :) I am a kind and clean girl, in Italy I colived with students for 5 years, so I am not new to the rules of a shared house.
