Hallo! Ik ben Flo 😊 Ik ben 19 jaar en kom uit België. Sinds september 2025 studeer ik Kunstgeschiedenis aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Momenteel woon ik al in Amsterdam, maar ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe kamer, liefst wat dichter bij het centrum. Ik ben een open en sociaal persoon die graag nieuwe mensen leert kennen, maar ik kan ook goed mijn eigen rust nemen. Kunst speelt een grote rol in mijn leven, zowel in mijn studie als daarbuiten. Daarnaast hou ik van muziek en film, en ga ik graag naar tentoonstellingen, cinema of concerten. In huis ben ik netjes en respectvol. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
