We are Ophelia (25) and Tanja (25) from Austria, but currently building a life in Amsterdam. Hoi, Ik ben Stefanos — beeldend kunstenaar en docent beeldende kunst. Oorspronkelijk kom ik uit Griekenland, maar ik woon inmiddels al bijna 20 jaar in Nederland. Onlangs moest ik mijn woning in Haarlem verlaten omdat deze werd verkocht, en daarom ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een fijne plek om te huren en mij bij de gemeente in te schrijven totdat ik weer een meer permanente woonplek heb gevonden. Voor mijn werk reis ik regelmatig naar het buitenland voor tentoonstellingen en projecten, maar Nederland blijft mijn thuisbasis. Wanneer ik hier ben leef ik vrij rustig: ik werk meestal op mijn laptop, lees, kook iets eenvoudigs en gezonds (voornamelijk vegetarisch/paleo) of ga een stukje wandelen. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang, netjes en respectvol met gedeelde ruimtes. Ik vind het prettig als er een goede balans is tussen gezelligheid en elkaars privacy. Zelf ben ik geen groot feestmens, maar ik vind het helemaal prima als huisgenoten af en toe iets organiseren, zolang ik het even van tevoren weet. Ik ga zorgvuldig met een woning om en vind een rustige en prettige woonomgeving belangrijk. Ik ben financieel stabiel en betrouwbaar wat betreft huur en afspraken.
