Heyy! Ik ben Jesse 18 jaar en kom uit Groningen. Ik begin komend jaar met de bachelor Bouwkunden en ben daarom opzoek naar een kamer.

Hai! Omdat ik ga scheiden ben ik op zoek naar een eigen plekje. Ik woon al mijn hele leven in appartementen en ben dus een ervaren huurder, om het maar zo te zeggen. In de praktijk betekent dat, dat ik altijd een goede verstandhouding probeer te bouwen met de buren en zorg dat er geen overlast van mijn kant is. Ook draag ik altijd goed zorg voor mijn woning. Indien gewenst, kunnen mijn vorige twee huisbazen dit bevestigen. Reparaties meld ik tijdig, en mijn woonomgeving is altijd schoon, netjes en verzorgd aangezien dit belangrijk is voor mijn rust. Ik ben zelf ondernemer (nu nog in België, straks in Nederland), maar zowel mijn ex-man als mijn vader willen optreden als garantsteller. Mijn ex heeft een vast contract à (ongeveer) €5200 bruto p.m. en mijn vader heeft een ruim pensioen. Zelf heb ik ook voldoende spaargeld om minstens een half jaar de huur te kunnen dragen. Zo hoeven daar geen zorgen over te bestaan. Ik ben graag buiten en wandel veel. Wanneer het kan, ga ik op reis om andere landschappen en culturen te ervaren. De meest dierbare reis tot nu toe was een maand lang met een camper door Nieuw-Zeeland toeren. In mijn vrije uurtjes rommel ik graag aan in huis: ik verzorg mijn plantjes, lees een sci-fi of fantasyboek of kijk een serie op de bank. Vrienden kunnen ook altijd op me rekenen om een kopje koffie te komen doen in de stad, dat vind ik echt één van de gezelligste dingen in de wereld!
