Realistically I'll be pretty busy with work most of the week, and on weekends I'm usually in Maastricht seeing friends, so the room won't see much wear and tear. I speak German, English, and Bulgarian, so language isn't an issue, and I've lived in a few different cities already so settling in somewhere new isn't really a problem for me.
