Hello, I'm Emilio. I’m 22 years old and will be 23 in May 2026. I was born and raised in Napa, California but have lived in Denver, Colorado for the past 2 years. In terms of housing, my preference would be in Amsterdam within a reasonable commute to the Roeterseiland campus, but understand I may need to look further out. I would prefer to live in a private studio, but I’m also open to shared housing. In Denver, I’ve lived with three various other roommates the whole time, and all of us have gotten along very well. I’m very clean and quite quiet, though I do like socializing with my roommates when we’re able to. Hi, Ik ben Lynn, 19 jaar oud en ik heb op dit moment een tussenjaar. Daar ben ik vollop van aan het genieten door te reizen, werken en even niet aan school te hoeven zitten. Afgelopen zomer heb ik in Zuid-Amerika gereisd. Dat vond ik echt super gaaf! Ook staat surfen in Biarriz op de planning. Mijn eerste keuze is om bouwkunde te gaan studeren. Ik heb het toelatings examen gemaakt. En hopelijk wordt dat het, anders lijkt indutrieel ontwerpen me ook leuk. Ik ben een rustig persoon en ik houd heel erg van lekker koken. Dus gezellige avondjes samen eten lijkt me super! Naast koken speel ik ook gitaar en tennis. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak creatief bezig. Of het nu sieraden maken is of op glazen verven, ik vind alles leuk. En nu met het betere weer, zit ik vaak op een terasje een wijntje te drinken met mijn vriendinen.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
