Mijn naam is Roos, ik ben 24 jaar oud en begin binnenkort aan mijn promotietraject aan de Radboud Universiteit. Hiervoor ben ik op zoek naar een rustige en zelfstandige studio waar ik mij de komende jaren kan vestigen. Ik ben een serieuze, nette huurder met een rustige levensstijl. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en besteed veel tijd aan mijn onderzoek, lezen en wandel graag. In het dagelijks leven hecht ik veel waarde aan een nette, schone en stille woonomgeving.

 I am originally from Iran and currently completing my PhD in Informatics in Austria, where I have been living for almost five years. I have experience with various living arrangements, including student housing. Additionally, I shared accommodations with an Italian housemate, and we remain close friends even after four years. I also had two shorter stays with Iranian housemates, both of which were positive experiences. And currently, I am living in an Apartment in Austria.  As a tenant, I am quiet, clean, polit, reliable, and considerate of others. I enjoy spending time with people and am known by my friends, family, and colleagues as a friendly, supportive, and nice individual. In my free time, I love cooking, watching movies and playing indoor soccer, which help me connect with others and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I can provide proof of income to confirm my ability to meet rent obligations. Additionally, I have a valid Austrian residence permit until March 2027.  My Netherlands residence permit will initially be valid for one year.  I am available to move in between January 15-20, 2025.

Qua faciliteiten ben je voorzien van wifi, een vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, magnetron, inductie kookplaat en oven. De kamer die vrijkomt is 24m2, gemeubileerd en kost 462 exclusief. De kamer kan ondergehuurd worden tot 1 februari met de mogelijkheid op doorstroom!
