Mijn naam is Sion en samen met mijn vriendin Kyra zijn wij op zoek naar onze eerste eigen plek. Het afgelopen jaar hebben wij met veel plezier in de buurt Helpman gewoond, samen met mijn broer en schoonzus. Nu zijn we klaar voor de volgende stap en willen we graag een eigen plek. Wat onze situatie betreft: Ik ben momenteel bezig met de Master Ondernemingsrecht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en werk daarnaast als senior dossierbehandeling aardbevingsschade. Mijn vriendin Kyra studeert Toegepaste Psychologie aan de Hanzehogeschool en werkt als overblijfjuf en administratief medewerkster. Samen hebben we een stabiel gezamenlijk inkomen van €3300 per maand. Wij bevinden ons niet meer in het typische studentenleven. We hebben beide stabiele banen en zijn rustige huurders die zorgvuldig omgaan met onze woonruimte. We hopen dat u ons in overweging wilt nemen als huurders voor de woning. Ik woon nu al 2 jaar in een studenten kamer in de Weiert. Ik ben op dit moment op zoek naar een studio wegens dat ik het studenten leven achter mij aan het laten ben en de extra zelfstandigheid trekt mij aan. Ook ben ik bijna 21 jaar oud en zal mijn huurtoeslag verhoogd worden, wat ik niet heb bij een studenten kamer.
