She earns in excess of 8,000 euros per month, and the rent will not be a problem at all. Payslips and proof of income can be sent immediately upon request. Lastly, I possess good knowledge of the Dutch language and am getting better day by day, and I think I would be an ideal roommate for anyone, both male and female.
