Hello! My name is Dora (21 years old, Croatian) and I am an incoming Master of Earth Sciences student at the University of Amsterdam this autumn. I have lived in Leiden for the past three years (for my Bachelor of Psychology), but I am now looking for a place closer to my place of study starting around August/September 2026 for the long-term. I consider myself a quiet tenant who does not smoke and has previously lived in largely family-occupied apartment complexes with roommates. As such, I am adept at respecting noise levels and other people's lifestyle. As a full-time student, my academics are my focus, but I enjoy crocheting and hanging out over a shared meal! In the meantime, my rent and living expenses are backed by a reliable overseas financial guarantor who has helped sustain my life here in the Netherlands for the past three years. While I am currently based in Leiden, I am able to attend viewings and I have a trusted representative who can physically attend viewings as well. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Lulu, 32 jaar en woon sinds 2015 in Amsterdam. Een aantal jaar geleden ben ik mijn huis uit gemoeten omdat het niet meer fijn was en ben sindsdien nog niet een fijn huis tegengekomen. Ik zit daarom tussen twee huizen in en per 1 september weer op zoek naar een woning. 🙂 Iets over mij: Ik heb een wat lastigere tijd achter de rug en heb daardoor niet gewerkt maar ben nu weer aan het opbouwen. Ik ben op dit moment op zoek naar werk, werk daarnaast nu 1 dag in een yogastudio en ben zelf nog mijn creatieve uitlaat aan het uitzoeken. Ik heb hiervoor als dramaturg gewerkt (begeleiden van scripts en toneelstukken) en wil ergens weer in die wereld komen maar nog even aan het zoeken hoe en waar. Voor nu staat een simpele maar inspirerende baan op het menu. Daarnaast doe ik veel aan zwemmen, yoga en sowieso in de natuur zijn. Ik vind het leuk om te koken (als ik tijd heb) en ben verder erg netjes. Ik geef veel om mijn eigen ruimte maar vind het ook leuk om samen een keer iets te drinken/ eten of tv te kijken.
