Hi! We are Michele and Francesco, two brothers from Parma, Italy, and we have moved to Rotterdam to begin our university studies. Michele will study Product Design at Willem de Kooning Academy, while Francesco will study at Erasmus University Rotterdam. We are looking for either two rooms in the same house or a small apartment in Rotterdam or the surrounding area, preferably for 12 months or longer. We are calm, responsible, clean and respectful. We are used to taking care of the place where we live and keeping shared spaces tidy. We both really enjoy cooking and, coming from Parma, food is quite a serious matter for us! We are also very good with DIY, repairs and practical things around the house. Our father (valerio) will provide full financial support and guarantee for the rent, with all necessary financial documentation available. If helpful, he is also prepared to pay several months of rent in advance. We are already in Rotterdam and available for viewings at short notice. Hoi, Ik ben Myrthe,19 jaar, woon in het mooie Heukelum en ben net geslaagd voor mijn vwo eindexamen.
