I am originally Czech but have lived in Belgium my entire life, which has allowed me to become fluent in Czech, English, and French. I also speak a bit of Spanish. Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Hi, Ik ben Thom, een 21-jarige student Luchtvaarttechnologie uit Delft. Voor mijn minor kom ik vanaf augustus een half jaartje naar Eindhoven om daar te studeren, en om het studentenleven van Eindhoven te vergelijken ;) Zelf ben ik actief bij de studievereniging, waar ik reizen naar Oostenrijk en Japan heb georganiseerd, en ben ik ook nog trainer bij de Delftse atletiekvereniging. Beste verhuurder, met veel interesse ben ik op korte termijn op op zoek naar een eigen ruimte. Mijn naam is Quinten en ben 26 jaar oud. Ik heb een verantwoordelijke financiële situatie, spaar elke maand en daarnaast staat een familielid garant. Na het afronden van mijn studie binnen elke maanden, ga ik fulltime werken en zal de overstap maken naar werk binnen mijn vakgebied: de journalistiek. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik aan fotografie, wandelen en sporten in de natuur, koken en (buitenlands) nieuws volgen. Wat een ruimte/woning betreft ben ik al zeer tevreden met een rustige kamer van in ieder geval 10 m2, met eventueel een kitchenette. Badkamer en andere voorzieningen deel ik graag en hou deze net zo graag in nette staat.
