My name is Art. I have my own business, FermentFabriek, for the last 8 years. I have a new space on the Albert Cuypstraat. I work about 12 to 20 hours a day. I am now single and will be moving out of the house I had with my partner. All good. Life goes on, and it is meant to be enjoyed. I am from California originally and have lived in Amsterdam since 2000. I started my own food production company almost 8 years ago, specializing in fermentation. As I am now single since the start of 2024, I have accomplished several goals; I moved the production kitchen to a space on the center of Amsterdam with a retail store in the front. It is one of the only spaces uniquely with a kitchen (allowing public visits on the fermenting process, workshops and education), a store and farmers market. It is now time for my next goal of finding a new place for myself. I tend to work a minimum of 12 hours a day, spending a good amount of time working. I am quite flexible regarding a living space. I’m a 23-year-old Computer Science student from Verona, Italy. I will be coming to Eindhoven as an Erasmus exchange student at TU/e and I’m looking for accommodation from 1st February until the end of June, with the possibility to extend to July. In my daily life I’m generally calm, focused, and quite independent; I usually follow my own routine and enjoy having a cozy room where I can feel comfortable and safe. At the same time, I really appreciate small, relaxed moments with flatmates when they come naturally: things like a quiet walk, a casual chat, or a simple outing with a small group. I’m not into big parties or loud nights, so you can expect a peaceful and considerate presence at home. I’m also very organized, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of privacy and house rules.
