For the past three years I've been living in the Netherlands, and am looking to stay longer term. I’m starting a (research) Masters in Developmental Psychology at Utrecht University in September and am looking for a room in Utrecht. I’m planning to stay for at least the duration of my studies (two years), but I want to build my career here, so I’m looking for somewhere I can really settle into. Financially, I will be working part-time alongside my studies. If a guarantor is needed, my parents are happy to sign for that. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, and am generally very clean. I have shared a kitchen and bathroom before, and also lived with a host family. From those experiences, I appreciate having the company after a long day :) Finally, I do dance classes and like to draw in my free time. I am fluent in English (C1) and learning Dutch, and I am currently around A2 in understanding (both listening and reading) and around A1 in speaking and writing. But since I have now passed all my finals, I can start spending more time learning Dutch, and I anticipate reaching B1 overall by early September and maybe B2 within the next year.
