Vorig jaar ben ik afgestudeerd aan de kunstacademie in Rotterdam. Ik werk fulltime in het centrum van Utrecht, waar ik een manager functie vervul. Door een recente break-up ben ik op zoek naar een eigen, rustige plek waar ik me opnieuw kan settelen.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

Ik ben 23 jaar en word in december 24. Afgelopen december ben ik geslaagd voor mijn HBO International Business Management (in het Engels gevolgd). Maar ik vond dit te breed dus ik ben opzoek gegaan naar een specialisatie. Daarom begin ik dit jaar aan de pre-master Finance aan de Tilburg Universiteit, waarna ik de master Finance hoop te doen. Verder werk ik op het moment bij de ABN Amro op de afdeling financiële criminaliteit om wat ervaring op te doen. Daarnaast heb ik nu enige tijd mijn eigen bedrijf in de online marketing. Verder op persoonlijk vlak: Ik hou wel van een feestje! Ben meestal degene die de plannen in de groep voorstelt. Aan de andere kant ben ik wel serieus over mijn opleiding dus ik zal niet elke nacht op stap zijn. Verder ben ik ook erg veel bezig met sporten (zo'n 5-6 keer in de week), waar ik veelal ook mijn voeding voor aanpas (maar het is niet dat ik hier altijd heel streng in ben, bijvoorbeeld met uit eten). Ik denk dat mijn vrienden mij wel zouden omschrijven als spontaan en makkelijk met andere mensen! Ik weet zeker dat ik een gezellige aanvulling ben in jullie huis en kijk er dan ook naar uit om even contact te hebben!
