Floris studeert vanaf aankomend schooljaar Rechten aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en Sophie start volgend jaar met de studie Pedagogiek aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Wij zijn op zoek naar een woning in Utrecht, omdat onze familie daar woont en we graag dichter bij hen in de buurt willen zijn. Daarnaast zouden we graag samen willen wonen. Toen wij uw woning zagen, waren we meteen enthousiast. De ligging en de gezellige uitstraling passen perfect bij wat wij zoeken in een nieuw thuis. Samen hebben wij een vast maandelijks inkomen van ongeveer €2300 uit bijbanen/studiefinanciering en schenking van ouders naast onze studie. Bovendien staan onze ouders garant voor de huurbetalingen, wat extra financiële zekerheid biedt. 
Wij zijn rustige en zorgvuldige huurders, roken niet, hebben geen huisdieren en hechten veel waarde aan een nette leefomgeving. In onze vrije tijd zijn we vooral bezig met studeren, sporten, reizen, werken en creatief bezig zijn Graag zouden wij de woning willen bezichtigen en meer willen horen over de verdere stappen van het verhuurproces. Hallo, Mijn naam is Femke, ik ben 19 jaar, kom uit Vlaanderen en ga vanaf augustus Muziektheater studeren aan CODARTS. Om die reden ben ik dan ook op zoek naar een fijne kamer of studio in Rotterdam. Muziek is mijn grootste passie en een belangrijk deel in mijn leven: ik zing in een Vlaamse girlband (genaamd FOUR) en ben daardoor veel bezig met repeteren, optreden en nieuwe muziek schrijven.
