Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik ben Romy (rechts op de foto's) en Lynn (links op de foto's) is is mijn tweeling zus, ik ben opzoek naar een woning voor ons samen of een eigen studio of kamer. Wij zijn beide 23 jaar. Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht.
