My name’s Ruben, I’m Dutch but grew up in England, I’m 27 years old, working part-time as I’m finishing my final year of studies in Architecture. I’ve been living in Amsterdam for 4 years already and need to move out of my apartment by July 30th. I’m pretty sociable and enjoy hanging out in the evenings, over a beer or wine or whatever, whenever I’m not working on my studies. I have a busy schedule during the week and sometimes work late, but in my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, football and going to concerts or an exhibition. I’m generally pretty chilled. During the weekend, I make some plans with friends, go to exhibitions or have a relaxed night in with good food. I’ve always enjoyed hanging out with my previous flatmates and enjoy getting to know them. I respect my roommates' food boundaries. I never touch anyone else's yogurts in the fridge, I don't leave empty cartons inside just for show, and I know how to cook meals that won't trigger the smoke alarm. I love to cook, and I'm good at it. My culinary highlights include homemade pizza and tiramisu.
