I currently rent a home in Greece and I’m respectful with the places I live in, so I can also provide a landlord reference if needed. As a tenant or housemate, I’m quiet, tidy (Mediterranean genes, cleaning the kitchen comes naturally), and considerate. I’m not much of a party person but I do appreciate a good conversation, a better joke, a glass of wine, and a home that feels warm. I value privacy, cleanliness, and most importantly clear communication with the people I live with or the landlord welcoming me into their property. I am fluent in English and Greek and I plan to start learning Dutch as soon as I settle. If possible, I would love to bring my adult indoor cat with me. She is fully vaccinated, sterilized, and well cared for. She’s calm, used to living indoors and mostly sleeping. I understand that pets are not possible in every home, so I’m open to discussing options. Since I will be living in the Netherlands for my studies, I would need to be able to register at the address.
