Mijn naam is Jasmijn, ik ben 23 jaar oud, studeer af in juni en wil graag verhuizen uit mijn studentenhuis naar een zelfstandige woning in Deventer. Ik heb de opleiding Mediamusic in Enschede gevolgd aan het ArtEz conservarium en ben nu zelfstandig aan het werk als Songwriter & Producer en talentontwikkelaar in de muzikale sector. Hiernaast heb ik een bijbaan bij de bioscoop Vue in Deventer. Ik vind het geweldig om in Deventer te wonen, niet alleen vanwege de locatie en het gemak in samenwerkingen in de muziek hierdoor, maar vooral vanwege de kunst en cultuur in Deventer en omstreken. Ik kom zelf uit Zutphen en heb ook in Enschede gewoond. Het knusse en hechte gevoel van deze steden voel ik in Deventer ook, en dus wil ik hier graag blijven wonen ondanks dat ik uit mijn studentenhuis moet vertrekken na mijn afstuderen. En natuurlijk is Deventer een hele mooie hanzestad, dat helpt mee. Wat betreft mijn financiële situatie haal ik mijn inkomsten uit een combinatie van mijn eigen bedrijf en mijn werkzaamheden in loondienst. Verder staan mijn ouders graag garant voor de huur en borg. Ik ben een sociale natuurliefhebber. Ik stel mijn eigen ruimte erg op prijs maar ben ook graag verbonden met mijn omgeving.
Ik heb geen huisdieren, verhuis in mijn eentje, rook niet en ga netjes om met mijn omgeving. Ik hou van muziek, theater, film, koken, schrijven, klimmen, wandelen, lijstjes bijhouden en excel sheets in elkaar zetten. Ik woon al lang op mezelf en heb hier ervaring mee. Een eigen keuken die ik vol kan zetten met mijn eigen potten en pannen is iets waar ik al een tijd heel erg naar uitkijk. Ik hoop dat ik de huurder ben waarnaar u op zoek bent!

Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen.
