Ik ben Floor, 21 jaar. In september 2026 begin ik aan een studie bij NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden. Ik ben opzoek naar een leuke kamer in een huis met een gezellige, rustige sfeer. Ikzelf ben ook een rustig en zelfstandig persoon die houdt van gezelligheid maar het ook fijn vind om zichzelf terug te trekken.

I very much value shared space, and I like when it’s all nice, clean and shiny aka I know when to buy toilet paper :) I’m pretty chill and quiet. Love spending time on my own, but wouldn’t say no to a beer or karaoke night. In free time I kite, run, hike, bike, and anything else that does not include a ball. Met het oog op toekomstplanning en het efficiënt benutten van de ruimte in huis hebben wij besloten te gaan verhuren We bieden deze woonruimte bewust aan binnen een gedeelde woonvorm, waarbij iedereen zijn eigen ruimte heeft en waarbij het vanzelfsprekend is dat ieder zijn steentje bijdraagt aan een netjes en prettig huishouden. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een studente die tijdens haar studie een rustige en stabiele woonplek zoekt in een volwassen huishouden. Een omgeving waar duidelijkheid, veiligheid en wederzijds respect centraal staan, en waar zij een betrouwbare en overzichtelijke basis vindt om zich op haar toekomst te kunnen richten. Betrokkenheid en begeleiding vanuit ons is daarbij mogelijk. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is een langer verblijf bespreekbaar.
