Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Jelle. Ik ben 31 jaar oud en op zoek naar nieuwe woonruimte in Utrecht. Momenteel huur ik een woning in Culemborg, maar ik werk full-time als project- en managementassistent bij NWO (de Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) in Utrecht en ik wil graag dichter bij mijn werk gaan wonen. Ik verdien 3300 euro bruto per maand, en mijn ouders zijn bereid om indien gewenst financieel garant te staan voor de huur. Ik ben een nette, rustige huurder die zijn zaken graag op orde heeft. De afgelopen jaren ben ik actief geweest bij Top Dutch Solar Racing, waar ik samen met het team een zonneauto heb ontwikkeld voor de Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australië. Het was een unieke ervaring waar ik met veel plezier op terugkijk. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig, sociaal en netjes. Ik vind het belangrijk dat de gezamenlijke ruimtes schoon en opgeruimd blijven en draag daar graag mijn steentje aan bij.
