My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. Please, kindly see attached their introduction letter. I also uploaded a photo of them. As parent, I fully understand that renting to international students requires trust. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. Ik ben Casper en ik ben net begonnen aan de bachelor Werktuigbouwkunde aan TU Delft. Voor mijn studie ben ik op zoek naar een gezellig en relaxed huis, en jullie advertentie sprak me meteen aan. Ik ben net klaar met KMT van Virgiel, nu nog een kamer! Ik ben opgegroeid in een Nederlands gezin in Genève, Zwitserland en heb daar mijn hele leven op een internationale school gezeten. Daardoor spreek ik vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Hoewel ik uit het buitenland kom, ben ik zeker niet op zoek naar een rustig plekje om alleen te wonen. Ik hoop juist een hecht huis te vinden waar ik me thuis kan voelen. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief. Ik ski en wandel veel (opgegroeid tussen de bergen 😄), ga regelmatig naar de sportschool en sta altijd open om nieuwe sporten uit te proberen. Daarnaast vind ik het gezellig om met vrienden de stad in te gaan, een film te kijken, een spelletje te doen of gewoon samen thuis te hangen. Ik kook met plezier en vind samen eten ook gezellig en denk dat ik prima een lekkere maaltijd op tafel kan zetten, maar dat mogen jullie natuurlijk zelf beoordelen. 😉 Nog een praktisch pluspunt: ik heb mijn rijbewijs, dus ik offer me graag op als chauffeur voor boodschappen, uitjes of een spontaan tripje. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
