Hey! I am Stella Mäkinen, a 20 year-old from Finland, and I am looking to start my psychology bachelor’s studies at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. I graduated with an IB(International Baccalaureate)-degree last year. Currently I can only speak English, Finnish and Swedish, with some understanding of French; however I will try my best to learn Dutch. I am looking for a flat or room where I would be able to study, as well as engage in my hobbies like drawing or playing the electric keyboard (with headphones, so it makes no sound). I keep my room and common areas tidy, and am not going to hold any big parties I can keep to myself, or spend time together going on walks, cooking, or just chatting about anything really. I like the outdoors, so I would probably be found outside a lot anyway. I do not have a pet, but would be okay with one. My parents will act as my guarantors, but I will also be looking for a part-time job myself.
