We are looking for either two rooms in the same house or a small apartment in Rotterdam or the surrounding area, preferably for 12 months or longer. We are calm, responsible, clean and respectful. We are used to taking care of the place where we live and keeping shared spaces tidy. We both really enjoy cooking and, coming from Parma, food is quite a serious matter for us! We are also very good with DIY, repairs and practical things around the house. Our father (valerio) will provide full financial support and guarantee for the rent, with all necessary financial documentation available. I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of other people’s space and routines. Since I’ll be spending most weekdays at the hospital, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to. I’m clean and tidy and I’m used to taking care of the place where I live.
