Hoi! Ik ben Vera, 19 jaar oud, en ik verhuis binnenkort naar Nederland om te starten met de opleiding Verpleegkunde. Samen met mijn vriend (ook 19) ben ik op zoek naar een appartement in Groningen of Leeuwarden. Wij zijn allebei rustig, netjes en houden van een fijne, schone woonomgeving. We zijn niet van het feesten of drukte en brengen onze tijd liever gezellig samen thuis door. Eigenlijk zijn we best een rustig stelletje dat houdt van comfort en gewoon een fijne sfeer in huis. Ik ben sociaal, makkelijk in de omgang en ik houd ervan als alles een beetje georganiseerd is. Ook kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om van een huis echt een thuis te maken. Mijn vriend is ook rustig en verantwoordelijk, dus we zoeken echt een plek waar we fijn kunnen wonen en ons kunnen focussen op studie en werk. Financieel is alles goed geregeld. Ik ontvang DUO en mijn ouders kunnen indien nodig garant staan. Daarnaast heb ik familie in Nederland die eventueel een bezichtiging voor ons kan doen of snel beschikbaar zijn. Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! Hi there! My name is Jason, I am 23 years old and I'll be visiting the University of Amsterdam for an Erasmus semester starting August 31st 2026 till January 31st 2027. I am currently living in Konstanz, Germany. I study sociology in my 4th semester now and I also study political science as my minor subject. I would describe myself as a very vibrant and social but also as a very sensitive person. I love engaging with people and to communicate with them, even if they're strangers to me. As I am a student in my home country I already have a lot of experience in living with roommates and how to coordinate everything with them. It's very important for me that everyone gets along with each other so everyone can feel like they're at home. Furthermore, I am very aware of leaving my working spaces clean, e.g. in the kitchen. My studies start on August 31st. It would be ideal for me to move in mid-August but I'd also be able to pay rent beginning August 1st. Financially I am supported by a lot of "programs". I receive student loans in my home country and will also get it for studying abroad. Furthermore, I also get an Erasmus scholarship for studying in Amsterdam. Personally, I used to work as a mailman for two years so I still got a lot of savings left. Additionally, I'm also supported directly by my parents and some family members would try to help as well if something ever happens. If it comes to interests there is a variety of stuff that I engage in! :) I enjoy doing sports, especially swimming. Also, I am very interested in a lot of cultural stuff like museums and festivals that are characteristic for a certain country or community. I also recently started to be very interested in comedy shows and poetry slam but I'm not too deep about that yet.
