My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency.
