Hallo, mijn naam is Oksana. Ik kom uit Oekraïne en woon en werk momenteel in Nederland. Ik ben een rustige, nette, verantwoordelijke en betrouwbare vrouw met een stabiel inkomen. Ik ga zorgvuldig met een woning om, houd het netjes en respecteer de buren. Ik rook alleen buiten en niet in de woning. Ik zoek voor mezelf een fijne woonruimte voor langere tijd. Ik betaal de huur altijd op tijd en zou graag een nette en rustige plek vinden om te wonen.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
