I have a BSc in Computer Engineering, and I’m currently doing my MSc in Quantum Science and Engineering, where I got hooked on the quantum world, especially superconducting qubits. I tend to be very tenacious and a bit perfectionist: I like doing things properly, even if it means iterating a lot. Outside work/study, I enjoy going to the gym, I occasionally do a bit of gardening, and I’m a big fan of football and motorsport (especially Formula 1 and endurance racing). Fun fact: when I was 12 I started watching YouTube and discovered Vsauce, back when I barely understood English, and the “mental jumps” between topics felt impossible to follow. Over time I pushed through, understood more and more, and it’s still my favorite channel because it can make any random topic interesting.

In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om te koken en volg ik sinds enkele maanden regelmatig pilateslessen. Ik leef een rustige levensstijl en ben een betrouwbare en respectvolle huurder. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
