Financieel profiel & stabiliteit: • Beroep: Zelfstandig Brand- en UX-UI-designer, met langdurige opdrachten voor gerenommeerde technologiebedrijven. • Aanvullende financiële ondersteuning: Indien gewenst kan ik een garantstellingsverklaring van een internationale sponsor overleggen. Huurdersprofiel: • Leefstijl: Netjes, niet-roker, geen huisdieren en geen kinderen. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met de woning en houd rekening met mijn buren. • Gewenste huurperiode: Minimaal 12 maanden, bij voorkeur een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. • Gewenste ingangsdatum: Flexibel tussen september en november 2026. I’m Sara, I’m 29 years old and I’m Italian. I’m currently doing a PhD in Italy in Turin, where I’ve been living for the past 10 years.
