My name is Svenja, I am 38 years old and work as a violin maker. From October 15th I will start a new position in a workshop in Arnhem Zuid. I have experience living in different shared housing situations and I am a respectful and considerate tenant who enjoys both social contact and giving others space. I appreciate a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere at home, and I take good care of the place where I live. I am a non-smoker, easy to live with, and planning to stay in Arnhem for the long term, so I am looking for a stable and comfortable place where I can feel at home. During the week I work full time and have a steady income. In my free time I like climbing, bouldering, yoga, hiking, and going to concerts. I do not yet speak Dutch, but I have already started learning. Ideally, I am looking for a nice room or apartment in Arnhem, preferably not directly in a busy pedestrian zone, but with a park within walking distance.

I’ll be moving to Arnhem to start my master’s program at ArtEZ University of the Arts (Werkplaats Typografie). I’m tidy, and easygoing. I love a good balance between social time and personal space. Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven.
