Hello, I am Simon a 25 year old student from the small town of Würzburg in Germany. For four years I have studied architecture mainly there. For my Masters degree I was accepted at the TU-Delft, only thing missing now is a room to stay. I am rather a introverted type and often study focused. However since i will stay for at least two years, I am looking for some actuall company as well. So if you like checking out café's or pubs, visiting the cinema or relaxe at the north sea shore, I won´t hesitate to join! Hi there, I am looking for a room or a studio in Amsterdam starting in July or August, as my current rental contract is coming to an end at the beginning of August. I have lived in Amsterdam since September of 2025 and will be continuing into my second year of studying Human Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Amsterdam in September of this year. I am looking for a place where registration is possible, and I am looking for at least a one-year rental contract with the possibility to extend. I’m a German and Canadian citizen but originally grew up in Bali until I was 12. Before moving to Amsterdam last year, I lived in Berlin, where I was studying to receive my International Baccalaureate diploma. I took a year off from studying, during which I volunteered for 3 months at a yoga retreat center outside of Barcelona. After my volunteering experience, I moved back to Berlin, where I was working full-time as a receptionist at a boutique hotel. I'm a respectful tenant and value keeping my personal space clean and organized. I value keeping a healthy routine for myself by going to the gym or joining workout classes and cooking healthy, nutritious meals.
