Back in Poland, I regularly did 50-70 km trips, and my dream is to bike all the way from Nijmegen to Amsterdam or The Hague someday. As for my music and media taste... let's just say it's a beautiful chaos. My playlist goes from 80s and 2000s rock (The Police, REM, TOTO, Nickelback) through metal (Linkin Park, Bad Omens) straight to 2010s pop (Rihanna, One Direction), K-pop, and even Disney's soundtracks. I'm also always down for a good TV series or K-drama. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and I always keep my shared spaces clean and tidy. Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de marketing/sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade (Zuid-Limburg) en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Bekijk zeker mn foto's ! ! Ik ben een vrij rustig persoon, maar niet ongezellig (hoop ik). Ik spreek graag met vrienden af om wat te eten of om te sporten: ik boulder graag met hun, heb lang gevoetbald (en als vrijwilliger gewerkt als jeugdtrainer) en doe ook aan krachttraining. Buiten sportieve hobby's ben ik ook graag creatief bezig: naaien, video-editen (je ziet me in een kantooroutfit in Heerlen-Centrum voor een videoproject) en grafisch ontwerp zijn allemaal dingen waar ik me bezig heb gehouden. Verder ga ik ook graag naar concerten: ik luister veel genres, maar de concerten waar ik heenga zijn vooral opkomende artiesten in de underground rap of edm scene (2hollis, fakemink, Frost Children, Underscores, etc..). Ik hoef niet per se een fan te zijn om mee te gaan, ga namelijk ook vaak gewoon met vrienden naar artiesten die ik niet goed ken. Het feit dat ik vrij rustig zal zijn komt ook doordat ik een gefocust student ben: het gymnasium heb ik met een 8,8 afgerond. Ik heb lang gezeten bij de debatvertegenwoordiging van school en heb veel gedaan met MEP (Model European Parliament). Ook heb ik meegedaan aan Olympiades, het Technasium (O&O) afgerond en veel wedstrijden (bv. wiskunde wedstrijden) gedaan voor school. Verder ben ik als Chinees in Nederland opgegroeid: thuis spreken we Chinees en eten we Chinees. Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk. Aangezien mn ouders erg lang en tot laat werken, heb ik altijd al een grote verantwoordelijkheid gedragen voor het schoonhouden van het huis. Als lezer wil ik u/jou vooral meegeven dat ik, ongeacht wat er van mij verwacht wordt als huurder, me goed kan aanpassen aan de wensen van de verhuurder.
