Alongside this, I do freelance work in web development, design, and marketing, and contribute part-time to a non-profit in a PR and marketing capacity. This combination gives me a stable and varied income, and I take pride in managing my finances responsibly. I am tidy, considerate of neighbors, and easy to communicate with, qualities I believe make for a good tenant and a peaceful living environment. I have a guarantor available who can co-sign if required, and I am able to provide references, proof of income, and any other documentation you may need.
