I’m looking for a room (ideally furnished) within cycling distance of the university for the full 2 years of my studies. My budget is €600/month. I am fully funded to cover my rent and expenses (guarantor also available), but I also plan to pick up a part-time job at the uni or nearby to live extra comfortably. I’m looking to start renting around the beginning of August, but I’m flexible to start in July if the right room pops up! About me: I’m big into team sports, fitness, and reading. I’m very clean and organised and I highly respect everyone's need for quiet time and privacy. Hai! Ik ben Liske, nu nog 17 jaar en vanaf komend studiejaar ga ik Chemische Technologie studeren. Op dit moment woon ik nog in Brabant, waar ik ook actief ben bij scouting. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang atletiek gedaan, dus ik ben graag actief bezig. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik ook veel met muziek bezig: ik speel slagwerk in een orkest. Geen zorgen trouwens — ik ben niet van plan een drumstel mee te nemen naar mijn kamer 😉. Het is vooral melodisch slagwerk wat ik doe. Verder hou ik van lezen, tekenen en een gezellige bordspelavond (ik heb toegang tot een bordspelbibliotheek van meer dan 800 spellen). Ik ben sociaal en vind het leuk om af en toe samen dingen te doen, maar ik kan ook prima mijn eigen ding doen. My name is Daniele, I’m 22 years old, Italian, and I will be starting my MSc in Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics at TU Delft this August. I recently graduated from Politecnico di Milano. I have been living with roommates for the past 4 years and I also had international experiences (6-month exchange in Poland, worked for 2 months in a kids summer camp (which was intense but fun), and 2 months in Uruguay for another exchange, so I am very comfortable in multicultural environments, moreover I speak Italian, English, Spanish and Russian, so communication is never really a problem. I’m really into swimming, and one of the coolest things I’ve done is crossing the Strait of Messina (from Sicily to Calabria, in Italy). I like challenges like that, but also just being active in general. I'am a clean, responsible and easygoing person. I don’t smoke and I don't take any drugs.
