Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Anouk (26) en Thijs (23) en zijn studenten, maar werken daarnaast ook in de horeca. Anouk studeert Psychologie en werkt als barvrouw in speciaalbierkroeg Café van Ouds. Thijs studeert Bestuurskunde en werkt als barman bij Café TweeKeerBellen. We hebben elkaar leren kennen achter de bar bij Café van Ouds, waar Thijs eerst ook werkte. We vinden het allebei leuk om te reizen en nieuwe plekjes en dingen te ontdekken. Maar kunnen er allebei ook van genieten om lekker samen op de bank met een serie te liggen. Wij wonen allebei al een langere tijd in het mooie Nijmegen en willen nu de stap maken om samen te wonen. We hebben een gezamenlijk arbeidsinkomen rond de €1500 per maand, met een totaal inkomen rond de €3500 per maand. Ook hebben we garantstellers, mocht dit mogelijk/nodig zijn.
