I started studying Industrial Design Engineering at THUAS in September, but already quit (because they were really bad at teaching). I have a part-time job since February. I'm going to study Industrial Design at TU Eindhoven from September, but I'm ready to move a few months earlier. My hobbies/interests are varied, but generally I like thinking about (abstract) stuff and designing/creating things. In my free time I like listening to music, learning stuff and talking with friends. I'm interested in this offer and I'd like to learn more about the house and the other people who live there.

Hello! I'm a self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) who relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. in February. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! I would love my independence and a studio or apartment, but I also understand the housing shortage yields few or unaffordable rentals, so I'd be open to discussing sharing in a bright, comfortable place with someone kind and respectful, who appreciates some privacy and room to breathe. :) I have no pets, but huge bonus if you do! ;) Registration is necessary.
