I am a first-year aerospace engineering student at TU Delft from a small village between Barcelona and the Costa Brava. Although I might seem a bit shy at first, I am actually very open and have a good sense of humor. In my free time, I like playing the electric guitar (always with headphones, so I don't disturb anyone). I really enjoy playing metal, but I love exploring other genres when I jam with other people. I do believe myself to be a great option for any landlord/flatmates, so here is a list of reasons/facts about me that may be convincing of this: - I do not smoke nor drink (only cider sometimes) nor party nor own any pets. - I was a member of the Norwegian KFUK-KFUM boy scouts for well over 10 years. - I have consistent student income from the Norwegian government that allows me to always make my payments in time without anything like work being an issue. - I study Human Geography and Planning, the Bachelor which is the prerequisite for Urban Planning. I don't want to be insisting, but considering I am studying planning, it makes sense I am tidy, clean and planned. - I enjoy people, but without the need to be with them constantly. I can chill, or I can be active. I am flexible based on the needs of the landlord/flatmate.

Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
